How do I put my totally awesome headband on my headlamp?

How long will it take to get my stuff!?

We will ship your order within 2-4 business days. We try our best to process and ship the same day you order. Orders sent to the continental U.S. usually arrive within 2-7 days depending on location. We will send you an email when your order ships...So keep an eye out for an email with your tracking number and order details. Please note that international orders sent via USPS International First Class are only trackable until they leave the US, they will then transfer to your local post. International shipments can take 3-6 weeks depending on location via USPS First Class.

Can I order multiple products and still get free shipping?

Totally. We don't want you to have to worry about the 'getting it to you' part :) Thanks for your order!

We guarantee all of our products. All of the time. Forever. Pretty cool right? We love what we do and what we make - and we want you to love it too. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any of our products you may return them for a full refund of purchase price at anytime. Please include a note with your name, address, contact info, order number (or place of purchase), contents of the return and whether you would like a refund or exchange of goods. We know our Third Eye Headlamp delivers and we believe it's the only headlamp you'll ever need. It's been tested and trusted by some crazy adventurers who have used it to the extreme. If there is ever a malfunction with your Third Eye Headlamp or you are not satisfied we will replace it or refund your purchase, no questions asked.
